REDEYE'S CHARACTER WARS |
..>..>..>..>..>..>
UPDATE: Come back later for a personal thank you from Katee Sackhoff, aka Capt. Kara "Starbuck" Thrace.
In the end, it wasn't even close.
Capt. Kara "Starbuck" Thrace of "Battlestar Galactica" routed Jack Bauer of "24" to win the title match of RedEye's "Best Character on TV" tournament.
The final tally: Starbuck finished with 3061 votes while Bauer brought in 777 votes.
To everybody who spent part of their days and nights here over the past three weeks, everybody at RedEye thanks you.
But the biggest thanks go to all the wonderful actors and actresses who have created such tremendous characters and who have brought so many people so much entertainment.
Until next year's tournament…
Cheers,
RedEye

Outstanding finale, but did I hear them right? New episodes in *2008*!?!?!?!?? 2008? For frack's sake, that's just mean!!!
ReplyDeleteSo what do you think? Was the music some Cylon plot, or is it coming from Earth? Maybe they all just have fillings in their teeth which are picking up some old AM broadcast? ;-)

Yeah, 2008. But there will be 2 episodes of backstory with the main cast in the fall, just to tide us over I guess.
ReplyDeleteI think they are cylons, but that they will maintain their loyalty to the humans. I think when Starbuck died she came to understand the big picture nobody else can see, and she sent the signal to rally the "good cylons." I doubt the traditional cylons know about the 4 yet.
Big question is, when will the fleet arrive at Earth? Is is our past, present, or future. I vote future, for one mega kickass space-battle.
