I havn't reinstalled any of my old software, or the new Photo Impact Pro, which I also bought today
. I really need Firefox back before I hurt someone at Microsoft. I might do that anyway if I don't get rid of all this default 'helpful' crap on the new system. Also, I am apparently crippled without my Favorites, and I forgot to move them over. OMFG I am my own annoying END USER! Save me from myself!
grats on the pc, it appears to have very similar specs to your old one though...proc speed is comparable, im assuming the dvd drive and the usb ports n such were the reason for the upgrade?

Actually it was the display size and clarity, and the fact that my old one was on its last legs as far as the cracks in the case around the hinges. This one is also slimmer and lighter . I dont even know if I will ever burn DVDs, its just not my thing. I like that all the ports for this one are on the sides where i can get to them easily, instead of on the back under a cover that doesnt open all the way.
ReplyDeleteOhh another bonus, the speakers aren't right up front where they get muffled against my belly, they are right under the screen instead.
